เงื่อนไขการรับประกัน / WARRANTY CONDITIONS*
เงื่อนไขการรับประกัน   1. รับประกันตู้เซฟที่ใช้งานอย่างปกติเป็นระยะเวลา 2 ปี นับจากวันที่ซื้อ
  -ระบบล็อค
  -โครงสร้างตู้
2. รับประกันเพิ่มเป็น 5 ปี เฉพาะโครงสร้างตู้ เพียงลงทะเบียนออนไลน์การรับประกันกับทางบริษัทภายใน 90 วัน นับจากวันสั่งซื้อ
3. การรับประกันยกเว้นในกรณีดังต่อไปนี้
  -ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นจากการไม่ปฎิบัติตามคำเตือนในคู่มือการใช้งาน
  -ปัญหาที่เกิดจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงแก้ไข โดยบุคคลอื่นซึ่งไม่ใช่เจ้าหน้าที่ของบริษัท
  -ความเสียหายที่เกิดจากภัยธรรมชาติและการโจรกรรม
WARRANTY CONDITION
1. This product (the “Product”) is warranted to be used normally for a period of 2 years  from the date of purchase. If a structural (Cabinet) or mechanical (Lock system) defect occurs during the warranty period. B.C.F. GRAND WOOD CO.,LTD. (hereafter “SURE”) will repair or replace defective part(s) of the Product or Product.
2. To extend the warranty of structural (Cabinet) from 2 to 5 years by registering an online E-warranty with the company within 90 days from the date of purchase.
3. Warranty except in the following cases.
Except for damage caused by gross negligence of the user or any breach of warranty. Or any event that arises from not following the warnings in the user manual.
The defect does not cover malfunction cause by modification , alteration, repair or service of the Product by anyone other than SURE designee, or cause by physical use or misuse of the Product
SURE will not be liable for any loss or damage from natural disasters and theft.
